Delegation Meeting With The National Investment Board in June 2025
The schedule is being finalized, but it already guarantees a series of high-level engagements designed to unlock direct pathways for investors seeking to get maximum value out of GO-FOR-GOLD Permanent Residency or New Citizen stakeholder status in Sierra Leone.
The delegation will begin with a private briefing from the Senior Leadership of the Sierra Leone Immigration Department, led by Chief Immigration Officer Dr. Moses Tiffa Baio, joined by stakeholders committed to driving the success of the GO-FOR-GOLD program.
From there, delegates will engage with the Office of the President’s Special Projects Delivery Unit—the government’s engine for innovation, reform, and delivery of national priorities. Their involvement underscores the same principles of certainty, transparency, and modern governance that define Sierra Leone’s investor-friendly approach.
Critical ministries and agencies will also be at the table: the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of Labour, the Executive Director of the National Investment Board, and the senior leadership of the National Minerals Agency. This constellation of decision-makers ensures investors gain direct insights into both policy direction and execution.
Delegates will receive exclusive presentations from the National Investment Board, showcasing a portfolio of pre-vetted, high-impact investment projects ready for immediate engagement—ranging from natural resources and infrastructure to innovation and financial services.
Beyond government, participants will connect with leading business executives, prominent bankers, and strategic private-sector partners across Sierra Leone. Should you wish to explore specific government relationships or sectoral opportunities, our team will be pleased to arrange bespoke introductions.
This unique blend of access and opportunity provides investors with a first-mover advantage in one of West Africa’s most dynamic growth markets, while building trusted relationships at the highest levels of government and business.

Attendees will include, inter alia, GO-FOR-GOLD Official Partners, intending new citizens, prominent investors, forward-thinking entrepreneurs, lawyers and other professional advisors - along with newly naturalized citizens participating in the program!

We will coordinate and secure any visas required for participants and arrange for VIP escorted clearance through immigration and customs upon arrival.
